In the first consultation session we discuss your goals, we do a structural balance and fitness assessment. Based on these details, we are able to design you a specific training, and general nutritional advice to ensure you maximize your results whether the goal is weight loss, strength, to increase muscle, fitness or to get you ready for any competition be it sports or martial arts.
