PHILOSOPHY AND TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Metabolic Fitness Centre primarily cultivates and delivers simple fitness foundation training skills for all ages and levels.

MFC training optimally manages the body through the use of breathing and movements.

Our techniques use the principles of Tai Chi, Chi Gong to develop high quality energy flow throughout the body. The movements are natural and follow the science of Kinesiology, staying in the flow of how we move instinctively.

We integrate basic, intermediate and advanced moves at different speed and levels whilst focusing on your posture.

Through MFC’s training, you will learn (to):

  • How to breathe in rhythm with body movement.
  • Remain calm in stressful moments.
  • Lose weight by moving waste & toxins out of the body.
  • Maintain proper alignment.
  • Body mechanics through movement.
  • Build stamina and endurance.
