Yogalates is an internationally acclaimed exercise system fusing the best of ancient yogic spiritual practice with the core stabilizing, functional and regenerative dynamics of Pilates.
Particular attention is paid to building strength and endurance in the body’s core postural muscles.

Panya walked in to her first Yogalates class 9 years ago and was instantly impressed by the effects on her mind and body.
She completed her Yogalates™ Teacher Training in 2007 and since then has taught in Australia, Spain and The UK. In 2011 she completed her second qualification in Yoga Sports Science through St Mary’s University, London.
Her passion comes from seeing her students develop a deeper awareness of functional movement and then watching them embody that knowledge and take it off the mats, out of the studio and into their everyday lives.
Panya believes that Yogalates is for everybody and she enjoys having students of all abilities in her classes.
