MFC Circuit is a functional training regimen to maximise cardiovascular workout as well as stamina and endurance. Our classes last up to an hour maximum and involve functional training tools, including VIPR, gliding disks, body blade, kettle bells, body weights, Bulgarian bag and even martial arts conditioning.
They are also designed to fortify strength as well as agility.
Our classes are more likely to suit intermediate to advanced level but we are happy to welcome beginners and adjust accordingly to the routine.
