Stanley Truong
Principal / Head Trainer

Stanley is an accomplished personal trainer for over 8 years.  He has worked with International and National fitness health clubs: Fitness First and Genesis since 2006. During this period, he has inspired and motivated many clients towards achieving their health and fitness goals.

Stanley specializes in metabolic and martial art conditioning. His training approach is based on simple efficient kinetic body exercise movement working in rhythm with effective breathing technique to produce high flow of energy throughout the body. From these training principles and methodologies, he has developed and delivered effective long-term results for many clients. Just to name a few, these include:

  • Metabolic conditioning for chronic ailments and conditions such as: muscles atrophy, amenia (Iron-deficiency), cirrhrosis (kidney disease).
  • 5-10kg weight loss/gain.
  • Injury rehabilitation (Knee, back, Heels, Shoulders).
  • Post and prenatal training & conditioning.
  • Martial arts conditioning for Praying Mantis, Hung Gar Kuen, Tangsoodo and Capoera.
  • Plyometrics – Vertical and dynamic jumping varations.
  • Calisthenics.

With a continued belief in metabolic conditioning and training, Stanley has opened up a unique and dynamic personal training centre in August 2013. This has given him a new source of strength and peace; and to further expanding his service to assist more people.
